This powerful 5 week program will expand your understanding of core teachings of Buddhist Psychology, and cultivate qualities of mind and heart that lead to awakening, peace and liberation.

Brian Simmons

Brian SimmonsBrian Simmons is a former award winning Writer/Producer for Comedy Central, and currently a High School English teacher in NYC, where he has introduced Mindfulness to the Department of Education. He has been practicing intensive daily Mindfulness since 1999 and completed teacher training at the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical Center. In 2014, Brian was interviewed by ABC News with Diane Sawyer for a profile on Mindfulness. Currently, Brian is enrolled in the Spirit Rock Community Dharma Leaders Program.​
