Aging is easy. It just happens. Aging well requires the right attitude, wisdom and skills. In this workshop we will explore how non-dual wisdom, meditation and breath and body work lead to a relaxed and joyful aging process. Whether you are in your forties, fifties, sixties or beyond, this workshop will give you the foundation you need to get better with age, navigating your future with grace and joy. You will learn and practice breathing techniques, physical exercises and meditation methods and have ample opportunity to discuss the techniques and their use in your daily life. Come ready for a relaxing, energizing learning experience.
Teacher support: Suggested starting donation for teacher support for a daylong is $30 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the teacher(s).

George Pitagorsky blends Buddhism, systems thinking and non-dual philosophy. He has practiced yoga and Insight Meditation since the early 1970’s. He is a multi-disciplinary business consultant, coach, and is currently a Managing Director in the NYC Dept. of Education’s Office of School Support Services. George is author of The Zen Approach to Project Management and Managing Conflict in Projects and editor of the Breakthrough Newsletter. George seeks to help people to integrate meditation and wisdom thinking into their daily lives. He has served on the NYI Board of Directors.
