The Buddha offered a wide variety of skillful ways to meet the difficulties and joys of being human. In this four-week practical course you’ll be invited to explore what teachings and practices are helpful for you.

You’ll be offered various meditation techniques and teachings which will be accompanied by group contemplation, talks and suggestions from the teacher.

We will focus on the Buddha’s teaching on the Five Spiritual Faculties. These five capacities of mind are faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration and wisdom. At the end of the course you’ll have a deeper understanding of how the Five Faculties work and how they can be cultivated in one’s practice and in daily life.

The course is also designed to help you create a personal practice which you can take home. Together we’ll take refuge in the wisdom that lives within ourselves AND in our group.

Both experienced and newer students of the Buddha’s teachings are welcome!

This course is not available for drop-in attendance.

Registration fee includes teacher support.
