Release from the Self-Judging Mind
Many of us are expert at judging others, saving our most potent slings and arrows for ourselves. Judging mind obscures the richness of spaciousness of everything it comes in contact with. This daylong retreat explores how we can use compassion and wisdom to free us from the distortions and suffering of self-judgment.
The registration fee is $25, with the opportunity to offer dana to our teacher Gary Singer.
RSVP: Please RSVP by emailing Amy Selzer at email@example.com to let her know that you plan to join us. Having an estimate of the number of persons attending will help with the arrangements. The registration fee and dana can be paid on the day of the event via cash or check. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
