Ehipassiko — Come and See for Yourself
Core Dharma—Our True Home: The Four Divine Abodes
January 13, 2014
07:00 pm - 09:00 pm
*This course has been cancelled.*
Lovingfriendliness (metta), compassion (karuna), appreciative joy (mudita) and equanimity (upekkha) are four ways to meet each moment completely and to meet each moment as a friend. Through these practices we develop a loving heart, concentration, acceptance and ease. In these four classes we will explore the ways that our conditioning can block us from these expressions of an open heart and the understanding and practices that allow us to embody the truth of our interdependence in the thick of the joys and sorrows of our lives. The focus will be on living through the heart without resistance.
