This day is an opportunity for those relatively new to meditation to dive into a full day of practice. Imagine a day without Iphones,Ipads, Ipods, ebooks or any other digital devices! When we close a few of our sense doors, and spend the day in relative silence and stillness, the mind has a fighting chance to become clear and bright. Throughout the day, we will explore the various fields of awareness and learn to bring curiosity each moment of experience.
Recommended for those who have completed a six week beginner class or an 8 week MBSR class or comparable experience.
*Registration fee does not include teacher support.
Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $30 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
