The Buddha taught that the cessation of suffering is twofold: it comes about with an understanding of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold path. The work is both the path as well as the fruit of practice. We can come learn and see this for ourselves (another Buddhist principle) to understand and experience for oneself as opposed to take it on faith whether the practices of right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right concentration have relevance in making us happier and freer.
Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $15 per session but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the teacher(s).
