In this way\, we have an impact not only on our individual life but we truly share the merit of our practice with all lives. \nDuring this course\, we will investigate the internal and external phenomenon in Buddhist meditation practice\, looking through various lenses both in the specific teachings on mindfulness but in many other teachings as well. \n Participants should have some prior meditation experience\, and it is helpful to have thorough experience with a foundational course or text on topics such as Insight Meditation or MBSR. \nRegistration:\nPlease register at the highest level that your generosity offers.\nExplanations of levels follow below.\nIf you are registering via a mobile devices such as a phone or tablet\, you can scroll right and left and up and down within the form if it is partially obscured or cut off.
