How Families Thrive – Mindfulness for Parents and Children

with Mark Bertin, M.D.

Sunday, October 6th, 2019 | 10:00am to 4:00pm

Join developmental pediatrician and author, Mark Bertin, MD for a daylong program on how the practice of mindfulness can support any parent and family, allowing us to find peace and ease in the midst of all the uncertainty, change and challenges involved with raising children.

Mindfulness builds skills that helps parents manage stress and flexibly problem solve, facilitates communication, supports relationships, and far more. On a practical level, it supports everything from behavioral management to decision making, bedtime to healthy living habits.

It allows parents to navigate our family’s experiences with clarity and precision, building resilience and joy in both ourselves and our children along the way.
