We can live in a world of beauty and joy, but for many of us the world can often be painful and feel crazy. The Buddha offered us practical guidance to make our way skillfully through this challenging life. In this retreat, through meditation, dharma talks and exercises, we will explore the ways in which the Buddhadharma can help us connect to our true nature, and lead us back to the world of beauty and joy that always awaits us.
Registration fee does not include teacher support.
Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $30 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the teacher(s).
