ISPP Practice Day: Understanding and Investigating Difficult States of Mind

Sundays: August 25; November 17

You can register for any of the two remaining practice days:
$40—$55—$70 + teacher support for each individual day.

These Practice Days are open to all. ISPP students are strongly encouraged to attend.

The Practice Day component of the Integrated Study and Practice Program 2013 is intended to examine the topics covered in the sutta study from a direct and experiential perspective.

The topics for the four Sundays will be as follows:
• August 25 – Understanding and Investigating Difficult States of Mind
• November 17 – The Insights of Insight Meditation and How We See Them


Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $40 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the teacher(s).

Gloria Taraniya Ambrosia Gloria Taraniya Ambrosia is a student of the Western Forest Sangha, the disciples of Ajahn Chah. She is a Lay Buddhist Minister in association with Abhayagiri Buddhist Monastery in CA. Taraniya is a Core Faculty member at Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and served as Insight Meditation Society Resident Teacher in the late 90s and has been a Dhamma teacher since 1990.
