Join us for a residential retreat at The Grail Retreat Center just 50 miles north of NYC in Cornwall-on-Hudson! Despite our best intentions, we easily find ourselves caught up in familiar reactions and judgements, our experience cluttered with compulsions, views and self-concern. Dharma practice helps us to recognise, understand and step outside of these habit formations, and discover a life where wisdom and love increasingly guide our speech and action, and where we find what it really means to meet life more fully, to live more fluidly, and to respond more freely.
This retreat will have an open practice form, offering a unique opportunity to develop your own wise practice as you track your experience. Martin’s guidance, teachings and meetings with students will support the process.

The retreat will be held mostly in silence, except for times indicated by the teacher.
