Life is stressful. Even in the best of times, there is irritation and uncertainty, and sometimes deep suffering comes. The first teaching the Buddha ever gave to five noble friends started with this unavoidable truth. Yet he also diagnosed the cause and the way out of suffering. He described a path, a way towards freedom. Join me as we explore living with the four noble truths.
