Living What you Have Learned: A Conscious Living:Conscious Working Daylong

The Conscious Living/Conscious Working Final retreat day, Living What you Have Learned, is devoted to the exploration of the eight step in the Eightfold Path, Right Concentration and the integration of meditation and Buddhist thought into daily life.  We will practice and have opportunity for open dialogue about how to seamlessly apply the teachings to our lives.  The day is open to those who are part of the current course and participants in previous CLCW courses. 

The session is only open to those who are part of the current course and participants in previous CLCW courses.

 

Teacher support: Suggested starting donation for a daylong is $30 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.  All donations go to support the teacher(s).

george pitagorsky

George Pitagorsky George Pitagorsky blends Buddhism, systems thinking and non-dual philosophy.  He has practiced yoga and Insight Meditation since the early 1970’s.  He is a multi-disciplinary business consultant, coach, and is currently a Managing Director in the NYC Dept. of Education’s Office of School Support Services.  George is author of The Zen Approach to Project Management and Managing Conflict in Projects and editor of the Breakthrough Newsletter.  George seeks to help people to integrate meditation and wisdom thinking into their daily lives.  He has served on the NYI Board of Directors.

MichaelDaner website

Michael Daner Michael Daner has followed the Dow and the Tao—as far away as India and as close as his own backyard—for over thirty years. He is a student of Theravadan Buddhism, Dzogchen and Advaita. Michael's teachers include Jean Klein and Namkai Norbu. He co-developed the Living Wisely/Working Wisely Workshop.
