We humans are storytelling animals. And our stories can bind us or set us free. This day of meditation and mindful writing is aimed at exploring and opening our experience. Together we will relax and remember that we are more than we think we are. We will discover deep wells of wisdom, compassion, and insight. Together we will create a safe space where everyone feels welcome. No one needs to read aloud.

This event is open to practitioners and writers aged 55+ Self-identified women.
