The Buddha’s teachings on spiritual friendship are good medicine for times of injustice\, and can help us practice freedom even in unfree places. \nCome and learn these time-honored practices of right relationship that remind us of our inherent wholeness and beautiful differences. Through guided meditation and accessible movement\, journaling and discussion\, we will explore how radical friendship can support us to restore trust\, bridge splits and share joy. Join us solo\, or bring a few friends.
