Renowned meditation master Ajahn Chah encouraged his students to “never let your mind leave your body”, yet our thoughts easily fly to the various demands, defences and distractions that hijack our attention, leaving us caught in a reactive loop with our experience.
This evening and day of teachings and practice will show the way back, focusing on letting our attention settle into an ever deepening intimacy with embodied presence.
Through meditation, mindful movement, reflective exercises and pertinent teachings, we will establish the direct contact with ourselves and life which is the ground of true connection, liberating understanding, and a free, loving and wise response to the challenges of life.
