Participants are expected to have a regular meditation practice and an intention to attend and fully participate in each class.

Texts to be used will be Joseph Goldstein’s Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Awakening and Analayo’s Satipatthana.

Requirements:  Dharma Foundations, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class, or equivalent

This class is not available for drop-in attendance.

Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $15 per session but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.  All donations go to support the teacher(s).
