The Buddha said “Friends, just as the footprint of any living being that walks can be placed within an elephant’s footprint, so too, all wholesome states can be included in the Four Noble Truths.”

The study and investigation of this teaching is vast and foundational. In this introduction to the Four Noble Truths, we will explore how we can begin to investigate, practice and understand these Truths in every moment of our lives.
