We’ll bring a practical and contemplative approach exploring meaning and message through reflection and relationship. How we view and how we choose to relate to our pain\, trauma\, challenging life issues and symptoms is as important as what we do about them and what we do to treat them. \nWe will sit with and live the questions: What is healing and how does it happen? What is the difference between pain and suffering? How can we welcome and open to our pain and illness as an opportunity and vehicle for awakening and freedom from suffering? \nWe’ll practice skillful means and cultivating healing qualities of being\, unconditional presence and self compassion? We will explore transformation and awakening through suffering. How can we be with our health challenges and painful truth in a way that is wise\, compassionate and healing leading to liberation? \nFrom a Buddhist perspective and the 4 Noble truths\, in the suffering is the end of suffering. From a healing perspective\, in the heart of the pain is the healing. How and where do the healing journey and spiritual path begin and where do they meet and how can they enhance and support one another along the way? You need not have an illness or be in pain to benefit from this day long…just be human! \nRegistration:\nPlease register at the highest level that your generosity offers.\nExplanations of levels follow below.\nIf you are registering via a mobile devices such as a phone or tablet\, you can scroll right and left and up and down within the form if it is partially obscured or cut off.
