Walking Our True Path: Practice is Daily Life
with Lani Miller
Sunday August 4th, 2019 | 10:00am – 5:00pm

For this daylong program, we will explore how we can become most present, authentic, and loving as we bring our practice into our daily lives. Through talks, group sharing, and experiential processes, we will explore this important question of how to extend our practice from the cushion to the moment-to-moment activities of daily life.

Some of the themes we will explore during this day together will include authenticity (opening with acceptance to all that we are) letting go of attachment to our “stories”, self compassion, the balance between effort and ease, how to create a daily sitting practice, “skillful speech” and opening to the truth of change. Together we will explore how to extend our practice from the cushion to ways to navigate the many changing waves of our lives.

This daylong program is intended for meditation practitioners of all levels. Anyone with at least some kind of regular meditation practice is welcome.
