Together we will discuss the interaction between dharma and scientific evidence that suggests we can change our brains by transforming our minds and cultivate habits of mind that will improve our well-being and the world. \nWe’ll consider the dharmic qualities of happiness\, resilience\, compassion and emotional balance.
