The Buddha said “whatever thoughts are pondered upon and frequently considered, to that the mind inclines.”
In this course, we’ll explore what inclines our minds in both wholesome and unwholesome ways. What stories do we live our lives by, and what fixed judgments might we hold, perhaps without even realizing it? Using mindfulness and the Buddha’s teachings, we’ll investigate how we can create more positive narratives with which to live by.
Registration does not include teacher support.
Teacher support: Suggested starting donation is $15 per session but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. All donations go to support the teacher(s).
