DESCRIPTION:In-Person: Petals in the Dark – An Evening Sound Bath and Flower Mandala \nwith Anjie Cho and Jeremiah Cymerman \nFriday\, June 26th\, 2026 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET \nLocation: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street\, 12th Floor \n \nStep out of the noise and busy pace of Manhattan for a special evening bringing together guided meditation\, sound\, and hands-on creative practice as a way to slow down\, let go\, and be with your experience as it unfolds. \nFeng shui\, ikebana\, and dharma teacher Anjie Cho will guide the evening\, working with simple anchors like the breath\, sound\, and flowers as a focus for present moment awareness.  \nThe evening also features a sound bath led by composer and musician Jeremiah Cymerman\, offering a chance to rest\, receive\, and allow the body to settle. \nThat same quality of attention will be carried into a hands-on creative process of creating a mandala with flowers. We’ll close with reflections and an opportunity to share with the community. You’ll leave more grounded and settled. \nRegistration:\nPlease register below.
