Kimberly Brown\, meditation teacher and author of Navigating Grief and Loss: 25 Buddhist Practices to Keep Your Heart Open to Yourself and Others\, created this course to provide you with the resources and tools you need to help you normalize and rehumanize your grief.  \nThough all of us will encounter death and change\, we can do so with kindness and wisdom\, and develop the skills and heart to mourn loss with patience\, tenderness\, and clarity. \nIn this weekly class\, Kimberly will teach you to bring gentleness and care to your body\, mind\, and spirit with traditional Buddhist practices\, modern therapeutic tools\, compassionate listening and friendship.
