DESCRIPTION:Postponed: Creativity and Meditation Retreat \nwith Lani Miller \nDue to unforeseen circumstances\, the program is postponed. \nMaking space for relaxing and listening deeply\, opening to and receiving whatever arises in the flow of our own experience are important aspects of meditation and the creative process. \nIn this daylong retreat\, we will explore the relationship between meditation and creativity through meditation practice\, experiential creative processes\, short talks by the teacher\, and group sharing. \nSome basic experience with meditation is recommended for participants in this course.
