DESCRIPTION:In-Person: In the Shelter of the Now – How We Can Rest\, Simplify and Let Go\n \nwith Kaira Jewel Lingo\n \nSaturday\, March 2nd\, 2024 | 10:00am-4:00pm ET\n \nLocation: New York Zendo Shobo-ji at 223 E 67th St\, NYC\n \n\n \nIn this day of practice\, we explore how to deepen inner contentment through rest\, creating space and simplifying our life. When we empty ourselves out we fill ourselves up with what truly matters and can nourish us. We will explore the profound wisdom of rest\, and the many things we can mistake for authentic rest.
