The weight of drama\, struggle\, and fear\, the relentless news cycle\, and the friction of daily life can feel overwhelming. \nYet\, amidst it all\, the Buddha’s teachings promise both love and liberation\, clarity\, peace\, and unshakable confidence. \nSo how is Buddha’s promise of a liberated life deeply relevant—and truly accessible—in the heart of midtown Manhattan? \nJoin beloved meditation teacher Martin Aylward as he returns to New York Insight for a special in-person and online weekend exploring the Buddha’s path of awakening. \nTogether we’ll discuss how meditation practice can bring balance into our lives and help us develop a clear inner compass.
