And there are practices that support the heart opening. Sharing the interconnection of the world through love and compassion and celebration\, are truly great blessings.  \nJoin us for a daylong renewal as we move beyond mindfulness\, contemplating key passages in the Buddhist suttas that awaken us to the necessity of cultivating joy. Not only should we heed what NOT to do\, we should know what TO do! Buddha\, again and again\, exhorted us to arouse ardor\, devotion\, and reverence as a means of reaching the supreme goal of liberation. If you missed those messages or want to explore them more\, this retreat is for you! \nRegistration:\nPlease register at the highest level that your generosity offers.\nExplanations of levels follow below. \n \nRegistration Fees include Teacher Support\nNew York Insight Meditation Center has streamlined the registration fee levels.
