He offers motivational and meditation workshops in academic\, business and private sectors. A senior meditation teacher of the Shambhala Buddhist Tradition\, Joseph began his career twenty years ago at Karma Choling Buddhist Meditation Center in Vermont. He has subsequently taught in schools\, businesses\, yoga\, meditation\, wellness and community centers throughout North America\, Canada and Europe. He is the founder of LIFEWORK SERVICES – Meditation based coaching.  \nJoseph is an master actor with extensive theater and comic improvisation training.  He is the veteran of 1\,000’s of stage shows in theaters\, nightclubs\, improv and comedy venues. His performances mix spoken word literacy with gut punching political insight\, combining high ideals and low humor in a dynamic and unforgettable interactive experience. \nLive Performances By:\nChanese Elifé: \nVocal powerhouse and Harlem native\, Chanese Elifé\, is a multi-instrumentalist\, songwriter and producer who plays over 9 musical instruments\, fusing pop music and ancient sound healing. Chanese’s self-produced\, healing frequency EP\, Love Hertz Vol 1 was released on April 27th 2019 and is available worldwide on all major streaming platforms.\n \n \n \n \nSeth Moutal\, Drum Circle Facilitator: \nSeth received a BFA degree from The New School University where he studied Music and Music Therapy\, he also graduated from the Mannes School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York City\, NY with honors (May 2001). As a drummer and percussionist\, Seth is well-versed in funk\, jazz\, fusion\, pop\, rock\, country\, Dixie land\, bebop\, Latin\, Brazilian\, Middle Eastern\, Indian\, African\, Native American and Music Therapy. He is a practiced sound healer\, reiki practitioner\, chakra balancing and channeling.
