DESCRIPTION:In-Person and Online: Dharma Rhythms Summer Music Festival – Flicker & Decay \nfeaturing clarinetist Jeremiah Cymerman\, with a meditation led by Anjie Cho \nSaturday\, July 18th\, 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET \nIn-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street\, 12th Floor \n \nComposer and clarinetist Jeremiah Cymerman will present the first iteration of a meditative new work for solo bass clarinet and electronics\, built upon a language of acoustic multiphonics and electronic resonant tones. \nInspired by the compositions and deep listening practice of Pauline Oliveros\, the performance explores subtle shifts in texture\, resonance\, and sustained harmonic interplay through the use of analog resonators and immersive electronic processing. DESCRIPTION:In-Person and Online: Dharma Rhythms Summer Music Festival – The Demo Tapes \nfeaturing Calli Medley with special guest Mac McCarty +Kidd Twist \nSaturday\, July 25th\, 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET \nIn-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street\, 12th Floor \n \nJoin us for an evening of contemplative songs and sounds from Calli Medley with special guest\, Mac McCarty +Kidd Twist. Calli will be performing songs from her debut acoustic album\, The Demo Tapes. These are songs inspired by her life as an actor\, backpacker\, and human. Having recorded her album on cassette\, Calli looks for ways to bring more human-ness to music—live\, without autotune\, special effects or splicing—to challenge the ever-engrossing edited and technological world.  \nFolk sprinkled with some funk\, the night will include a wide array of sounds and topics\, including a few songs from the band she also plays with\, Mac McCarty +Kidd Twist. The evening will start with a 15 minute unguided sit\, to bring everyone in the space to the room\, and to the music.
