Online: Mindfulness of Feeling Tone – Why Does It Matter?

with Bruni Dávila

Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 | 6:00pm – 8:00pm ET

In our daily lives, our responses and actions are often driven by what we like or dislike.

In meditation practice, mindfulness of the feeling-tone of our experience: whether it is pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral, is the second foundation of mindfulness offered by the Buddha.

Practicing with the feeling-tone of experience can be transformative, powerful, and liberating. During this evening discussion with Insight Meditation Teacher Bruni Dávila, we will explore how we can gain insight into the nature of experiences and discover that we have more choices on how to engage life with ease, peace, and contentment.
