DESCRIPTION:Online Tuesday Dharma Gathering\n \nwith Amy Selzer\n \nTuesday\, February 9th\, 2021 | 7:00pm-9:00pm ET\n \nThe Tuesday Dharma Gathering provides an introduction to Insight Meditation\, as well as an opportunity to meditate in a supportive environment. These teacher-led gatherings offer the opportunity to meet teachers\, hear a dharma talk\, and participate in a dialogue about how to apply the principles of Buddhist meditation to our daily lives. \nIf you are new to New York Insight or an experienced meditator\, we encourage you to attend this online community gathering. (While we work through the kinks while we transition this program online\, temporarily we will not be holding the usual beginner’s orientation.)
