In-Person: New York Insight Teen Fellowship

1st and 3rd Sunday of each month | 4:30pm – 6:00pm ET

Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, on the 12th Floor

For teens ages 14 – 19

It’s a stressful time to be a young person. With countless voices telling us who to be as the world around us burns with crisis after crisis, finding an authentic, hopeful, and loving way forward can feel out of reach. The New York Insight Teen Fellowship offers teens a refuge from the noise, a chance to touch inner peace and tune into the center of who you are.

Through learning and practicing Insight Meditation, mindful communication and Buddhist ethics, this bi-weekly group supports teens to live joyfully, with less stress, greater ease, and deeper connection to themselves and one another. In order to create a space that feels safe, connected and deep, young people are asked to make a minimum three-month, or six session, commitment to attend. Registering below will sign you up for the following dates:

  • Sunday, October 5
  • Sunday, October 19
  • Sunday, November 2
  • Sunday, November 16
  • Sunday, December 7
  • Sunday, December 21

Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot.

Facilitated by Shea Riester, LMSW, with guest facilitators and teachers.
