In-Person: Mindfulness and Mindful Writing

This workshop will combine mindfulness meditation with mindful writing prompts to awaken sense memories and images. Inspired by ancient Buddhist teachings and other inspiring poems, quotes, and stories, we will practice remembering our own stories of wisdom and compassion.
