Steph McIsaac (any/all pronouns) is a New York-based somatic educator, movement artist, and cultural anthropologist passionate about anti-oppressive approaches to contemplative practice. Steph’s research and writing explores how history lives in the body, and in the ways people and traditions access, express, and transform embodied history through healing practices. In addition to meditation, Steph teaches and practices Continuum Movement, improvisational dance, and yoga. Steph completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program (Sounds True) and is currently completing the Community Dharma Leaders program through Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
