Chia-Ti has been teaching yoga, qigong, somatics and resilience building for over two decades. Her passion is making connections between wellness and social justice, through a trauma-conscious and strengths-based lens. She teaches adults, elders, and teens in New York City. She leads international yoga retreats, as well as facilitates workshops on the brain-body connection, navigating stress (i.e. navigating life!), and cultivating belonging.
