Join us in this four week course, as dharma teachers and longtime friends Leslie Booker and Kate Johnson apply the Four Wise Efforts to the practice of wise relationships. Together, we will develop an embodied, relational understanding of this time-honored Buddhist teaching, and learn how to better protect our energy, let go of what does not serve, cultivate the good, and sustain our liberated relationships over the long term.
