What stories might we be telling about ourselves and others that might simply be untrue? Can we stop the incessant comparison to others? Can we finally befriend ourselves?

The purpose of this new course is to nurture climate resilience through learning about meditation practices and Buddhist philosophy, and to cultivate wisdom by directly working with the Earth through volunteering at an urban farm.
