Please note: This peer-led community group meets in-person and online on the first Thursday of each month, and online all other Thursdays.
In-Person Location: 115 West 29th Street, on the 12th Floor
Peer-led sittings, led by NYI Practice-Leaders, include a guided meditation, a short Dharma reading, a time for peer reflections and Metta.
