In-Person and Online: Growing Peace and Balance through Life’s Changes – A Four-Week Meditation Course

with Lani Miller

Tuesdays, June 2nd – June 30th (skips June 23rd), 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Have you been wanting to learn how to meditate? Or perhaps you’re feeling drawn to refreshing, renewing, or expanding the meditation practice you already have?

Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome to join this four-week meditation course where we will explore the practice of Insight (Vipassana) meditation. Come learn and be inspired in a warm, supportive environment.

Insight meditation is a practice that offers us tools to open to and bring kindness to our experience as it unfolds. We make space in our awareness for whatever arises without judgment or attachment. Nothing at all is outside of this circle of acceptance.

Every week, teacher Lani Miller will offer clear meditation instructions and introduce tools to use in your everyday life. Classes will include time for practicing with the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, talks, guidance from the teacher, and plenty of time for sharing and Q&A. Suggestions will also be offered for exploring and sustaining your practice in between classes.

Join us to learn ways to live your life with more clarity, resilience, and peace.
