Have you ever wondered why life can feel confusing or oddly meaningless, as if you’re searching in all the wrong places—or don’t fully know yourself yet? When you understand attachment styles, many long-standing struggles suddenly make sense, and with that clarity, hope begins to emerge.

The Heart of Attachment is a daylong retreat with meditation teacher George Haas that weaves together attachment theory, Buddhist meditation, and practical relationship tools. This experiential training supports you in repairing your attachment disturbances, moving toward secure functioning, healthier relationships, and a more meaningful, grounded life. You’ll learn how attachment patterns shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self, and how to interrupt cycles of dysfunction that repeat in life and work.

Through guided meditation, Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) protocols, and peer exercises, you’ll develop greater self-clarity, emotional regulation, and relational confidence, along with a clear, meditation-based roadmap for lasting attachment repair.

Join us to move from chronic dissatisfaction into a life that feels empowered, connected, and aligned.
