In-Person: Awake in Urban Nature Meditation | Sacred Earth Sangha

with Maho Kawachi

Saturday, December 16th, 2023 | 10:00am to 12:00pm ET

Location: Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Along with sitting meditation, walking meditation is a great practice to notice your awareness.

Please join us for a morning of guided early winter walking meditation in the beautiful environs of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden — 52 acres of trees, plants, ponds and specialty gardens. Together we will explore urban nature and our minds. The class will be conducted in Noble Silence. There will be time for sharing at the end.

Meetup time 9:50am. Location in Brooklyn Botanic Garden is TBD.
This gathering will be held rain or shine.

Please Note: This is a donation-based event. Your generosity will shared by the teacher and New York Insight. Admission fees for Brooklyn Botanic Garden are Adults: $18; Seniors and Students: $12.
