In-Person: By This Light – An Evening of Meditation and Chanting
with Nina Wise
Friday, April 24th, 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET
Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor
You may feel your daily practice has become less compelling—missing the warmth and inspiration that once drew you in. While sacred music is known to uplift the heart and soothe the mind, it is often left out of our daily dharma practice. Without it, practice can feel rote and disconnected from devotion, community, and inner joy.
By This Light offers an evening of meditation and chanting, celebrating Nina’s new album By This Light, a collection of Buddhist chants and blessings. Through guided meditation, teachings on Buddhist chants that can be easily incorporated into your practice, and opportunities to gently sing along, participants will experience the power of sound as a spiritual anchor.
You’ll leave with a greater sense of ease and well-being, simple chanting practices to bring into daily life, and a deeper sense of inner calm and belonging.
Join us to reconnect with the heart of your practice and rediscover the transformative power of sacred sound.
