Looking for a space to rest, practice, and check in with how you’re feeling?

On Thursday afternoons, New York Insight offers a meditation space for anyone who seeks a space to ground. Allow yourself some space and embrace the stillness during your lunch break. The schedule for April is as follows:

  • June 4: Tashi Chödrön
  • June 11: Self-led practice in the small room (in-person only). Alternatively, you are invited to register for a Tibetan Buddhist Art Class with Carmen Mensink from 1pm to 4pm on this date. Please register ahead of time for this special event.
  • June 25: Lama Aria Drolma

Everyone is welcome. This is simply a time to practice being grounded. Participants are encouraged to leave their phones at the door and maintain the Buddhist practice of Noble Silence.

There will be tea and light refreshments available between 2:00-2:30 PM.

Your generosity, or what we call dana, is what makes this afternoon of tranquility possible. Please give what you can. We are honored to offer a temple of reflection and quiet this winter season and always.

Suggested dana – $20
