Online: How to Build a Consistent Meditation Practice
with Amanda Gilbert
Saturday, October 4th, 2025 | 10:00am – 1:00pm ET
Online through Zoom
Note: while originally planned as a hybrid offering, this program is now online-only.
Learn how to cultivate a meditation practice that will lay the foundation for building a true consistent practice.
During this half-day retreat, you will learn to build a sustainable meditation practice that will become an integral part of your daily life. We will review the basics of creating a daily meditation practice, define what meditation is and why we meditate, go over the mechanics of mindfulness meditation, unpack the science of habit formation and the ancient traditions of creating a ritual around meditation.
At the end, you will not only know how to meditate every day, but you will also understand how having the foundation of an inner home through daily meditation shapes your day-to-day external world and lived experience.
This is for those completely new to meditation and experienced meditators wishing to refresh and deepen their connection to their meditation practice. Join us for this essential session on building a daily home meditation practice.
