Harlem Sangha is a vibrant and intimate community that embraces diversity in age, gender, race and sexual orientation. Our steadfast commitment to the dharma and the consistent dedication of our members have fostered a safe space where different perspectives are valued and embraced. Within our sangha, you’ll find warmth, wisdom, and a genuine sense of welcome.
Every Thursday, our team of experienced teachers and practice leaders offers a period of guided meditation, a dharma talk, and a discussion on the Buddha’s teachings. Join us to explore how these teachings can be applied to both our time on the cushion and our everyday lives.
