In-Person and Online: The Importance of Maintaining Inner Stability in External Uncertainty

with Tuere Sala

Thursday, September 11th, 2025 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Join Buddhist teacher and former attorney Tuere Sala for a special evening event about how to maintain a mindfulness practice when the external world feels completely beyond our control.

Looking at the Buddha’s teaching on the four foundations of mindfulness, we’ll practice learning how to ground and stabilize ourselves internally. Together we’ll work on establishing mindfulness and a sense of calm—even when things we thought were solid start to change or fluctuate.

Through meditation and reflection, we’ll come to see mindfulness as a source of power and agency, allowing us to move through challenging situations with strength and integrity.
