Online: The Power of Forgiveness – A Five-Week Course

with Elaine Retholtz

Mondays, July 13th – August 10th, 2026 | 10:00am – 12:00pm ET

Online via Zoom

Whether it is the betrayals, disappointments, and abandonments experienced in our interpersonal lives, the injustices and tragedies perpetrated in society, or the various ways we have failed to live up to our own or others expectations of ourselves, forgiveness practice can begin to loosen the ropes binding us to the past. It can allow us to come more fully into our hearts and can be a catalyst that transforms bitterness, anger, and grief into compassion and lovingkindness.

Join us for a 5 week online course examining forgiveness and how to heal our relationships with others, ourselves, the world, and the past. There will be home practice to engage in between meetings.

This course is appropriate for meditation practitioners of all levels.
