The Heart’s Perfection: Bringing Your Practice to Life

An eight-week course on the Paramis

with Jon Aaron

Thursdays, September 13th- November 1st, 2018 | 10am-12pm

The Paramis, or Perfections of the Heart, reflect the humanness of the Buddha’s teachings.
Each of these 10 Paramis offers a way to expand your practice into every moment of your life.
Through Mindfulness we become curious about the subtleties of each of these 10 qualities and how our resistance can be overcome.

This class will be appropriate for students of all experience levels.

Teacher payment is included with registration.

Note About Registration:

New York Insight Meditation Center is offering a new structure for registration. Members receive 15% off of the Sustaining Rate.

NYI is committed to ensuring that our programs are available to all, regardless of ability to pay. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. No financial assistance application is needed when registering for a program.

We offer new sliding scale fees, and ask that you choose the highest fee you are able to afford based on your financial means. The Sustaining rate represents the actual program operating cost. If you can afford this level or higher, you assist our efforts to offer reduced rates and support ongoing financial assistance.
